Why Choose Us

Genuine care with a focus on CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) community.

SPACS was created by the director who was driven to fill a need in her community where service delivery is typically hindered by either language and/or cultural barriers. By utilising her skills, experience, cultural awareness and knowledge, SPACS will act as the bridge between service providers and their communities.

Many Australians of Pacific Island background do not have full care services available to them, such as disability care, mental health support, for reasons of language, cultural norms or sometimes because such services are unfamiliar.

SPACS provides a culturally sensitive service, with language accessibility to members of the Samoan community. Through regular contact with community groups, church groups, community leaders, allied medical and health practitioners, SPACS is able to make its clients’ lives easier, more inclusive and improve their quality of life.

Cultural Sensitivity
We provide services to members of the CALD Community, particularly to those from a Samoan and Pacific Islander heritage.

Culture
