Tailored NDIS and Support Services
SPACS helps people aged 17-65 who have mental health conditions or physical disabilities.
We provide two main services: NDIS Support Coordination (which helps people navigate their NDIS plans) and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (which supports people in their mental health recovery journey).
SPACS is dedicated to helping people with physical or mental health disabilities feel truly supported and connected in their community. We believe everyone deserves to live with confidence, knowing they have the right support for their unique needs.
Every person we work with receives a personalised support plan that’s specifically designed around their individual goals, preferences, and circumstances. We take the time to listen and understand what matters most to you and what you hope to achieve in your life. Then we work alongside you to deliver the services and support that will help make those goals a reality.
Our approach is built on partnership – we’re here to support you on your journey, every step of the way.
We also provide bi-lingual (English and Samoan) and culturally specific support to CALD Pacific and Samoan communities.

SUPPORT COORDINATION & PSYCHOSOCIAL RECOVERY COACH
Bringing back focus & sharpening the mind
SPACS helps you find and organise the right supports to reach your health goals and build your skills.
Psychosocial recovery coaching is for people with mental health conditions who want to live a full and meaningful life. We work together with you, your family, carers, and other services to create and put your recovery plan into action. We also help coordinate your NDIS supports and connect you with other services you might need.
SOCIAL & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
You are not alone
We help connect you with services where you can learn new skills and join in community, social and recreational activities.
This includes activities that help you feel more confident interacting with people in your community. We support both your emotional wellbeing (like building self-esteem and feeling good about yourself) and practical skills (like learning new hobbies and abilities).
